Adekunle Gold Formally Unveils Band, The 79th Element

Former YBNL artiste and Alternative music star Adekunle Gold has announced the incorporation of a band into his act.

The eight-man band, named The 79th Element consists of seven male and a female.

The singer announced this on his social media page on Wednesday.

“I get asked a lot why I have now decided to incorporate a band into my act. Simple…God gives you a vision, once you begin to act on it, he will send you helpers…These are the people who make my vision come alive, including my first sweetheart my sister. Dear friends, I give you the 79th element,” Adekunle Gold wrote on his various social media platforms.

Adekunle Gold recently confirmed his exit from YBNL, a label owned by rap star, Olamide which launched him to stardom.

He dropped the confirmation in a recent interview with Planet TV.
