Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe Congratulates Dr Samuel Ogbuku As Ogu Kingdom Honours Him As Pere Se Bobo

The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe (JP AP), who doubles as the National President of Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria, has joined distinguished Niger Deltans and other well-wishers to felicitate with Dr Samuel Ogbuku, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), on his installation as the Pere Se Bobo of Ogu Kingdom, by the Ogu Divisional Council of Chiefs in Ogu/Bolo Local Government Area of Rivers State.     
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the Chairman of the Ogu Divisional Council of Chiefs, Alabo (Hon) Barrister Lawrence Abiebiari Inibi Egbelekpeke, who led other Chiefs-In-Council at the unique and colourful installation ceremony, said that Dr Samuel Ogbuku was honoured for his numerous contributions to the development of Ogu Kingdom.

In his congratulatory message to Dr Samuel Ogbuku, Amb Comrade Ibe said, “On behalf of the Orashi National Congress, ONC and the Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria, SYF, I join other Niger Deltans to thank the good people of Ogu Kingdom for the honour by recognizing and applauding your modest contributions to the genuine development of communities across our region.”
