Amb. Comrade Emeni Ibe Vows To Protest Campaign Of Calumny Against Gov Fubara 

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Amb. Ibe also warned against their failed alleged ploy to unseat Governor Siminalayi Fubara and vowed to resist what he described as political maneuvers and evil machinations.

He promised to mobilize support for Governor Siminalayi Fubara’s re-election bid, saying no vacancy in the Port Harcourt White House come 2027.

Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe expressed dismay that Governor Fubara has since assumption of office, faced media trials, untold attacks and blackmail by desperate politicians eyeing his office, describing it as unfortunate.

“We have information about nocturnal meetings but we are telling supporters of the former Governor that it will never see the light of the day as Rivers citizens and electorates know that Siminalayi Fubara has established a sound political structure and development model for growth and so won’t be decieved.”

Addressing journalists in Port Harcourt about emerging political development in Rivers ahead of the 2027 general elections, the President General of Orashi National Congress, Amb Emeni Ibe explained, “It has come to our notice that the Former Rivers Governor and former 27 Assembly members, who defected from PDP to APC, are  working underground to pull down our hardworking and indefatigable Governor, His Excellency Sir Siminalayi Fubara despite obvious and glaring developments and growth since assumption of office as the Executive Governor”.

While recalling genesis of the bad blood against Governor Siminalayi Fubara, Amb Emeni Ibe said, “Defiant and determined, the forces against the Governor and Rivers people are not unfamiliar. These false narratives have only fed the starving political hawks who are desperate to ensure Fubara should be removed from Office by all means even when their impeachment attempts failed”.

“Instead of the former Governor and his former 27 Assembly members to provide evidence against their defections, they continued to lie to Nigerians and Rivers people and adopted a Fight to Finish approach rather than follow due legal processes to defend themselves.”

“We are not here to mince words, but to tell them that we have uncovered all their evil plans to work against Governor Siminalayi Fubara come 2027 general elections. Secondly, we are here to tell the good citizens of Rivers State that we are very impressed and satisfied with Governor Siminalayi Fubara’s visionary leadership and commitment to good governance despite the distraction by the enemies of the state.”

Amb Emeni Ibe, the National President Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria however, appealed to Rivers people not to fall for gimmicks, and must stand to protect the Fubara-led government which is working hard to make Rivers great.

The President General Orashi National Congress  Amb Emeni Ibe however, said,

“There are several issues and debt burden inherited by Governor Fubara’s administration, yet for peace to reign he has decided that due process be followed to unravel the truth about it”.

“But as it is now, the former Governor seems not want peace and we are battle ready to fight on behalf of Governor Siminalayi Fubara to liberate Rivers people from the shackles of debt burden, highhandedness and imposition of stooges as Governor come 2027.”

Speaking further, he said, “As citizens, who have seen the works in progress and sound peaceful initiatives by the Governor, we vow to resist all political maneuvers and evil machinations by the former Governor to unseat our leader and Governor”.

“It is against this background that we have come to inform the people of Rivers State, both residents and citizens that as far as we are concerned that Governor Siminalayi Fubara has done well and he’s still working hard to make Rivers State the beautiful bride in the face of the country and world.”

“Thus, we make bold to tell the former Governor and his cohorts holding nocturnal meetings that “No Vacancy In Port Harcourt White House Come 2027”.

He has enjoyed his eight years of two terms as the constitution provided and there is nothing wrong with Siminalayi Fubara enjoying same rights.”

“It is on record that the former Governor has lost touch and has no political structure in the state again.”

“His recent visit to the State has clearly shown that he has no support of the people with an already buried structure except he keeps hiring people from nearby states.”

“Let us also remind him that he is no longer the governor of Rivers State. He should therefore, stop his parade show with security behind him just to convince his blinded hired supporters that he is still popular. This is unacceptable as it will only heighten the political tension already brewing in the state. We therefore, call on the Director General of DSS as well as the Inspector General of Police to call him to order in order to prevent breakdown of law and order in the state.”

“We pray for peace and tranquility in our dear country and Rivers State in particular” Amb. Comrade Emeni Ibe concluded.
