Amb. Emeni Ibe Commends Gov. Fubara’s Developmental Promise At Deputy Governor’s Homecoming In Akabuka

The President General of the Orashi National Congress (ONC), Amb. (Comr.) Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, on Saturday attended the civic reception and homecoming ceremony held in honour of the Deputy Governor of Rivers State, Prof. (Mrs.) Ngozi Nma Odu, at Akabuka Community in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State.


The colourful event brought together distinguished personalities across the state, including Senators, Members of the House of Representatives, members of the Rivers State House of Assembly, top government functionaries, and political leaders. The highlight of the occasion was the presence of the Governor of Rivers State, His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS.



In his address, Governor Fubara assured the people of Akabuka of his administration’s commitment to bringing development to their community. He announced that work on internal roads and the rehabilitation of Government Secondary School, Akabuka, would commence immediately. The Governor further urged the people to continue to uphold peace, emphasizing that “where there is peace, progress follows.”


Speaking after the event, Amb. Emeni Ibe commended Governor Fubara for his proactive leadership and developmental assurance to the people of Akabuka.
