Anambra: Another PDP Aspirant Withdraws, Says Planned PDP Primary Is A Charade

News emanating from the PDP circles in Anambra State has it that on of the aspirants, Emeka Etiaba, SAN, has withdrawn from the Gubernatorial race on the platform of Peoples Democratic Party.

Emeka Etiaba SAN, a lawyer, was said to have pulled out of the race because he understands the implications of the various Court cases and judgements that have engulfed the Party, the PDP.

Aside that the so called super delegates list, which was allegedly tilted in favour of one aspirants, Emeka Etiaba SAN decided to tow the path of honour and dissociated himself from the mess PDP Anambra State found itself in.

According to one of his aides, Chigbo Ofordile, “It is sad that Ndi Anambra have missed an opportunity to be governed by a decent man and someone who really wants to impact positively on the lives of our people”.

“However, there is a parallel PDP Primaries going on and having considered all these scenarios, Emeka Etiaba SAN, as not being a desperado, found it easy to take the decision not to be part of the jamboree.”
