This meeting aims to educate party members and community stakeholders about the significance of the Continuous Voter Registration Exercise, which is essential for encouraging civic engagement and participation in the democratic process.

Hon. Akindele Opeyemi, the Executive Chairman of Mosan Okunola LCDA, is spearheading the initiative, emphasizing the importance of ensuring that every eligible citizen is registered to vote.

In a statement released by her office, Hon. Opeyemi urged all party members, community leaders, and residents of Alimosho to attend the meeting.

“This is a crucial opportunity for us to come together and discuss how we can enhance voter registration in our community. Informed citizens are the backbone of a thriving democracy, and it is imperative that we equip ourselves with the knowledge needed to participate fully in the electoral process,” she said.

The meeting will cover various topics, including the registration process, eligibility criteria, and the vital role that voter participation plays in shaping the future of the community.

Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification on the voter registration process.
