APC Congratulates Senator Okpebholo & Appreciates Edo Electorate

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has heartily congratulated Senator Monday Okpebholo on his emergence as Governor-Elect in the September 21, 2024, gubernatorial election in Edo State.

In a statement signed by Felix Morka, Esq., National Publicity Secretary, the
All Progressives Congress said, “Your well-deserved victory in the keenly contested election is an attestation that your message of hope and restoration resonated with the good people of Edo State. It is also an indication of the implicit confidence in the transformational leadership of the APC-led federal government and its Renewed Hope agenda envisioned to bring our country into true greatness and enduring prosperity”.

 

“The President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, our Party Leader, has proven, yet again, that he is a true flag bearer of democracy by ensuring a level playing field that made this electoral outcome possible. We salute his patriotism and love of country.”

 

“We salute the commitment of leaders and members of our great Party under the guidance of our National Chairman, Dr. Abdulahi Umar Ganduje (CON), and distinguished members of the National Working Committee of the Party. We are indebted to the leadership of the National Assembly, Progressive Governors, leaders and teeming members for standing strong in support of the Party and our victorious Candidate.”

 

“We applaud the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for its professionalism, and hail the law enforcement agencies for their exceptional diligence during the election.”

 

“We are deeply thankful to the Edo electorate for standing firm in support of our great Party, and voting decisively for our Candidate. We are confident that Okpebholo’s leadership will usher in a new era of peace, people-centered development and prosperity for the state.”
