The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), His Excellency Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, CON, has heartily congratulated the National Publicity Secretary of the the APC, Barrister Felix Morka, on the joyous occasion of his 60th birthday.
