APC Postpones Screening Of Aspirants For LG Election In Akwa Ibom

The All Progressives Congress, APC, Akwa Ibom State Chapter, has notified all aspirants for the forthcoming Local Government Elections in the State under the platform of the party, that the Screening and Verification of aspirants credentials earlier scheduled to commence on Saturday July 20, 2024 have been postponed to give more room for aspirants to process their forms and tax clearance.

 

According to Hon. Friday Okobo, (Administrative Secretary), a new date will be announced in due course.

 

Meanwhile sales of Nomination and Declaration of interest forms continues at the party Secretariat, 6 Ekpo Obot Street, Uyo.

“You are please requested to dessiminate this information through your medium for the awareness of those concerned.”

“The party regrets all the inconveniences this postponement may have caused” the APC said.
