The Executive Governor of Ebonyi State and APC Presidential Aspirant, Engr. David Umahi, has congratulated the eventual winner of the APC Presidential Primary, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on his resounding victory.

In his congratulatory message, Gov Umahi said, “I, Engr.
