APC To Check Uncultured Money Game In Ongoing Primary: Ifako-Ijaye As A Case Study Of Independent Observer
BY ADEGOROYE JAMES

To quote the great political philosopher Cyndi Lauper, “Money corruptly changes everything, including leadership policy.” Nowhere is that quotation more taken to heart than in the Ifako-Ijaiye concluded Primary election, where delegates were fed with humongous money by desperate MHR aspirants.
Records are in circulation of how delegates were sold to the highest bidders. And some delegates were made to swear to occultic gods all in the name of the do or die sydrome of desperate MHR & MHA aspirants.
What was unprecedented was the manner with which those distributing these monies were carelessly dispatching money at election venue, disregarding APC age long policy with great incivility and uncultured approach that can destroy our politics at this age and time.
The questions to be answered are numerous:
Where is Party Loyalty that are usually displayed by APC delegates in the past?
Where do we place Party faithfulness that usually engineer success from the internal structure of party like APC?
What is becoming of the sanity of Party’s internal policy and decision about committed party men and women who have worked over the years.
Where should will place the pay back process of delegates who were in the first place chosen to deliver a seamlessly party assignments?
It is sure manifestation that if this trend of using too much money to facilitate delegates in politics continues, it may affect APC ultimate goal of producing a credile candidate like Asiwaju Bola Tinubu during the Presidential Primary Election.
APC has to be cautionary at this critical time because if this development is not checked it may as well affect its progressive age long style and process of internally producing Party’s candidates.
The incorrigibility and shenanigans of delegates who indulges in sudden money sacrifice against party’s plans of credible choice is essentially expected to be checked before the forthcoming APC presidential primary election.
