APGA Is Set To Do The Things You Know Differently

Posted on June 8, 2023

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) National Working Committee (NWC) under the leadership of Sly Ezeokenwa Esq. is driven by a greater vision for all APGA faithfuls and indeed all Nigerians. The days of entertaining legal circus shows are now consigned to the dust bin of forgettable history. At his first television outing on Channels TV after his election and swearing-in, the APGA National Chairman extended the olive branch to all whose wish is to see the growth and development of the Party.

This is a prelude to his detailed Roadmap for the repositioning of APGA as the first and best home for all Progressives in the country. A key feature of this roadmap dubbed “DRIVE” is in the first letter ‘D’ which stands for DISCIPLINE. Over the years, Impunity has become second nature in the life of political parties in the country, where party members manipulate the judiciary opprobriously and set unnecessary cogs in the wheel of party progress.

Discipline in APGA is as important as the very oxygen needed for survival. This is why the Ezeokenwa led NWC of APGA has declared zero tolerance for all forms of indiscipline, including flagrant abuse of party rules. It is pertinent to state that Edozie Njoku and others have become avoidable distractions hopping from court to court seeking for that which is not missing. Only a fool fails to yield when confronted with superior argument. I believe no one wants to be seen as a fool, and it is only expedient that Mr. Njoku and his sponsors embrace Ezeokenwa’s olive branch now that some form of grace still abounds for them.

I will further highlight the import of the other letters in the DRIVE initiative in subsequent pieces. This is time to do the things we know differently.
