Asaba 2022 NSF: Team Lagos Run Riot Beat Anambra 6-0 In Female Football

Team Lagos female football team on Friday stunned the ladies from Anambra state with a shocking result of 6-0 in a group match in the football event of the ongoing 21st National Sports Festival, Asaba 2022.

From the blast of the whistle, the Lagos amazons showed their class of being in charge of the proceedings at the Ogwashi-Uku stadium in Asaba in Delta State.

P.M. EXPRESS reports that Team Lagos’ winger Ijamilusu Folashade was outstanding in the match scoring three goals, while other goals came from attacking midfielder Arubo Anu, Esther Oyenezide and Bukola Akintante

The Lagos team will face Team Delta in their next match on Saturday and against Gombe on Sunday at the same stadium.
