It was a new dawn on Tuesday 3 September as Billionaire magnate, Aliko Dangote has officially announced the commencement of petrol production at the Dangote Refinery in Lekki, Lagos.

The business magnate expressed his gratitude to President Tinubu for permitting the sale of crude oil in Naira and thus allowing the historic moment to happen.

Dangote, while presenting the first sample of the petrol (Premium Motor Spirit) to the press, said nobody would beat his Refinery in terms of Petrol quality.

With the presentation today, the Refinery with a capacity of  650,000 barrel per day, has successfully completed its testing phase and is now ready to introduce its products to the local market.

This fresh development is expected to bring relief to many Nigerians who have been grappling with the acute fuel shortages across Nigerian cities and towns.

This is a developing story…..
