Buruj Striker Adeleke Loses Dad

The management of Buruj Sports Academy on Tuesday visited the family home of one of their players, Adeleke Otasanya, who lost his beloved dad in the early hours of the day, to commiserate with his family.

Led by the CEO, Salaudeen Waheed, the delegation which comprised of some players and officials expressed shock over the sudden demise of the man who loved his children so much while alive and was ready to see them attain their lofty dreams in life.

Pa. Otasanya was the sole financier of his son, Adeleke Otasanya, a talented striker, who is one of the youngsters being pecilled down to feature in the upcoming English and Welsh Super Cup in Manchester and Cardiff respectively.

He joined the academy last year and has been looking forward to do his family and friends proud at the tourneys in the United Kingdom after his exploit in the previous outings.

The Buruj delegation prayed to the Almighty God to grant the soul of the deceased a perfect peace.

Meanwhile, in solidarity with one of their own, all activities in the camp on Tuesday were suspended; the players’ daily routine training inclusive.
