A commercial bus conductor, Samuel Rilwan has been arrested and charged before Ogba Magistrates court for allegedly assaulting a young girl by pushing her out from a moving vehicle over N50.

The incident happened around Conoil filling station along the Ikeja area of Agege Motor Road Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the 26-year old suspect was angry that the victim,  Jenifer Augustina paid him less than the actual transport fare and he decided to throw her out of the vehicle.

She was rushed to a nearby hospital where she was being treated and the matter was reported to the police who trailed Rilwan and arrested him.

He was charged before the court on a three count charged of assault, malicious damage and stealing.

He admitted that he did so and  pleaded guilty to the two count charges of assault and malicious damage and pleaded not guilty on Stealing.

The presiding Magistrate, Mrs M.I. Dan-Oni said he should be remanded for fact and sentence, while he was granted bail on the one count of stealing on which he pleaded not guilty.
