CF Berja’s Ubong Samson Forces A.d Parador To 2-2 Draw

Posted on February 3, 2025

It was a dramatic 2-2 home draw against Ad Parador in the Spanish Under-19 League, with January signing Ubong Samson—a former Buruj Sports Academy standout—stealing the show.

The young striker, who joined CF Berja this window transfer continued his electric form with a goal and assist before linking up with the senior squad for the next match.

Ubong Samson, who moved to CF Berja from Buruj Sports Academy during the January 2025 transfer window, wasted no time justifying his acquisition. The midfielder replicated his heroics from last weekend, teeing up Rayan’s opener with a defense-splitting pass—his assist in just two matches for Berja’s U19 side. Ad Parador responded with a 1-1 equalizer, but Samson’s creativity kept the home fans buzzing.

After Ad Parador surged ahead 2-1, Samson—now a fan favorite at his new club—delivered a moment of brilliance, rifling home the leveler to secure a hard-earned point. The goal marked his second in consecutive games since joining CF Berja, further cementing his status as one of the Spanish Youth League’s most exciting window transfers.

Samson’s seamless transition to CF Berja underscores the quality of coaching at Buruj Sports Academy, where he honed his skills before his January move. His ability to adapt quickly—contributing 2 goals and one assists in just 2 appearances—has made him indispensable for Berja’s U19s and earned him a senior team audition.
