Chief Dr George Moghalu Congratulates  Ambassador Elijah Onyeagba On His Birthday 

The Managing Director of National Inland Waterways Authority, NIWA, Chief Dr George Moghalu, has felicitated with His Excellency Ambassador Elijah Onyeagba, PhD, Nigeria’s Ambassador to the Republic of Burundi, on the occasion of his birthday.

The NIWA top boss joined family, friends and well-wishers in celebrating one of the country’s finest diplomats, serving in the Republic of Burundi.

In a congratulatory message to the celebrant, Dr. Moghalu extolled Ambassador Elijah Onyeagba’s outstanding contributions to the Nigerian Foreign Service and passion for the development of Africa; commending as well his strategic thinking, management expertise and his patriotic task of mentoring young people in his area of competence, experience and vocation.

Chief Dr George Moghalu (Ohamadike) prayed that the Enugu Ukwu-born diplomat enjoys more years of health and happiness in the service of God and humanity.
