Posted on October 23, 2024

Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar, has tendered an unreserved apology to man of God and general overseer of the Omega Fire Ministries (OFM) Worldwide, for the falsehood she has spread against him.

The actress admitted to spreading falsehoods against Apostle Suleman and causing him pain through social media.

The drama between Halima Abubakar and Apostle Suleman began in 2022 when the actress became bedridden after her altercation with the cleric.

While she was ill, the actress’s family took to social media to ask the cleric to stay away from her.

However, Halima apologized to Apostle Suleman in a letter sent to the cleric.

She also expressed deep regret for tarnishing his image, hoping that her letter can repair the damage she had done.

According to the content of the letter; “I admit that I made false accusations against you and I also regret my action and the harm I caused to you, your wife Dr. Lizzy Suleman, your family and the leadership of the Omega Fire Ministry.

“With this letter, I humbly ask for forgiveness, recognizing that my apology cannot undo the hurt, pain and distress I caused and I ask that you find a place in your heart to forgive me as I was not thinking at the time.

“I am truly sorry for all the pain and distress I caused you, your family, and your ministry.”
