While acting on a tip-off, the State Command of the Agency monitored the movements of Ajibola and Oyero around Ilaro , where they were said to be answering charges relating to Arson among others.

Findings revealed that a High Court Judge, Hon. Justice A. Shobayo, was done with the case and sensing the presence of Operatives of Nigeria Police and DSS outside the Ilaro Court, the fugitives triggered alarm of impending arrest which necessitated Justice Shobayo’s invitation of an Operative hence affording opportunities to clarify their mission therein

Both Ajibola and Oyero were alleged to have severally sponsored series of violent attacks at Agosasa prior to and in the aftermath of Akinpelu’s official coronation leaving the Community in despair, thereby necessitating several invitations by the DSS which got rebuffed by the duo as they often escaped to neighbouring Benin Republic upon commission of same.

Hence, the Agency is moving for the culprits sequel to hint about their presence on Nigeria territory.

However, the duo got apprehended in their vehicles outside Ilaro Court while attempting to flee as usual.

It has been reported that the culprits had been involved in widespread acts of violence in Agosasa while attempting to install one Sunday Abogunrin as Community Monarch against Ogun government-approved Azeez Akinpelu (HRH), resulting in killings and free use of weapons on innocent locals therein.
