DSS Nabs Kidnappers’ Spiritualist Inside Lagos Creek

Department of State Security, DSS  have arrested a man, Emeka Anazor  suspected to be the spiritualist that offer spiritual guidance to the members of a kidnappers gang in their criminal activities in Nigeria.
The self-acclaimed native doctor, who operate a shrine inside the creek, reportedly confessed that he was the spiritual force behind the successful operation of some kidnappers in some parts of the country.
Anazor was arrested in his shrine during the joined operation of security agents comprising DSS, military, police, Civil Defence and others.
Security sources told P.M.EXPRESS that Anazor was trailed for sometime over his illegal activities until when he was arrested in his shrine inside the creek.
The shrine was destroyed while his phone and other fetish substance he used to prepare charms for kidnappers were recovered.
He was arrested and taken to the DSS office at Shangisha in Lagos where he reportedly made confessional statement on the role he has been playing in aiding kidnapping and duping innocent people through false prediction.
Our correspondent gathered that following his confession and revelation, the DSS have gone to a Lagos court to secure his remand warrant to enable them carry out more investigation.
He was brought before Isolo Magistrate’s court where the DSS seek an order of the court to remand him in its custody pending the conclusion of their investigation.
In their statement, the DSS stated that there was certain revelation which the suspect made which required further investigation and hence the need to keep him in custody.
The presiding Magistrate, (name withheld) granted the request and ordered him to be remanded in prison custody pending when the DSS will conclude its investigation.
Anazor was taken to Kirikiri prison where he will remain  pending the conclusion of investigation.
