Edozie Njoku’s Puerile Lies And Propaganda

MAZI EJIMOFOR OPARA

It’s obvious that Edozie Njoku and his media goons are either suffering serious cognitive deficiency or outrightly stupid. How else can one explain their usual celebration of court rulings that are obviously against them. Last time at the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division after the Court granted the National Chairman, Barr Sly and APGA leave to appeal, they came out and were dancing gwo gwo gwo ngwo to their annihilation. It wasn’t until their lawyer filed an appeal against the Court of Appeal ruling that it dawned on them that the were actually celebrating their obituary!!!

What transpired at the Federal High Court today is another stark reminder of their unarching foolishness. In an apparent attempt to scuttle the proceedings, Edozie Njoku’s lawyer had sought to announce appearance for APGA. The Presiding Judge, Justice Omotosho reminded the lawyer that it was Ikwueto SAN that filed the suit and he can’t be heard by the Court unless he files a Motion on Notice. How this translates to victory for Njoku is still unfathomable.

The worst is the lie that the Court denied the Motion for interlocutory injunction against Njoku. No such application came up for hearing today let alone being denied by the Judge.

What Edozie Njoku has failed to realise is that vile propaganda has no place in the Judiciary and the court in no distant time will deliver a final death sentence on Edozie Njoku’s futile quest to lead APGA!!!
