Ekwunife’s Achievements In Uke Are Enough To Earn Her Our Support – Says Uke Monarch

The Distinguished Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Uche Ekwunife, PhD, in continuation of her campaign tour, Friday, January 13, 2023 arrived Uke in Idemili North LGA of Anambra State.

Ekwunife began her tour in the community with a visit to the palace of the traditional ruler of Uke, HRH Igwe Surv. Charles Chuma Agbala, to appreciate the community for their support in the previous elections and officially inform them of her intention to seek re-election.

Welcoming the Senator, the Monarch thanked Ekwunife for her unbeatable record of achievements in the community and described the Lawmaker as a kind hearted Senator. Speaking further, Igwe Agbala stated that Ekwunife will emerge victorious at the poll because she has given the people the kind of representation no one has given them before and assured the Senator that the people are solidly behind her candidacy.

Responding, Ekwunife extolled the Monarch and his cabinet for their collaborative support in the previous elections and described the community as a blessed kingdom. Speaking further, the Senator noted that Uke has been supporting her politically and she has not disappointed the community.

Highlighting her intimidating projects in Uke, the grassroots-friendly Lawmaker noted that she has Supplied school materials at Community secondary school and okaa omee primary school, Uke, supply of one tricycle to Uke, construction of a block of classroom at Community secondary school, Uke, Construction of Igwe Ileka road, Uke, construction of water borehole with overhead tank in Uke primary school, facilitation of Federal Government grants and Jobs to Uke youths, provision of solar street lights and free medical outreach in Uke amongst others

The Federal Lawmaker appealed to the community to encourage her efforts by re-electing her to consolidate on her achievements. She further added that she is the best bet for the zone and promised to continue attracting dividends of democracy to the people.

From the Traditional Rulers palace, the Chairman Senate Committee on Science, Technology and Innovation proceeded to Uruabor Town hall where she interacted with men, women and youths of the community.

On the Senator’s entourage were the Honorable member representing Idemili North and South, Obinna Chidoka, PDP State Assembly Candidate, Hon Vincent Obi, Former Commissioner for Commercial and Industrial, Hon. Ken Arinze, Former Chairman ASUBEB, Dr Rose Nwankwo, Director General of Ekwunife Campaign Organization, Chief A.A Anagu, amongst others.
