Energy Efficiency: ECN DG, Dr Mustapha Meets With Akinfelabi & Aboderin

The Director-General/CEO of the Energy Commission of Nigeria, Dr. Mustapha Abdullahi, hosted a significant meeting with Mr. Ajibola Akinfelabi, President of Schneider Electric West Africa and Dr. Wole Aboderin, CEO of Foreign Investment Network, at the commission’s headquarters days ago. 
The esteemed guests engaged in a productive discussion with the Director-General, exploring avenues to enhance energy efficiency production in Nigeria. The conversation focused on potential collaborations and innovative strategies to promote sustainable energy solutions, driving economic growth and reducing carbon footprints.
During the meeting, the Director-General presented the National Energy Policy (NEP) and National Energy Master Plan (NEMP) to the guests, outlining the commission’s vision and roadmap for the energy sector.
Building on these existing policies, the commission will now work closely with stakeholders like Schneider Electric and Foreign Investment Network to implement initiatives and projects that will bring the vision to life, transforming Nigeria’s energy landscape and ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come.
