Excitement As Sun Newspapers Honour CEO CDV Group, Chief, Dr, Ndubuisi Charles Mba As Real Estate Investor Of The Year 

There comes a time when sterling quality of integrity and hard work is nationally recognized and rewarded with appreciation and honours.                                                                                                 

This aptly summarizes last week’s honour bestowed on one of Nigeria’s astute philanthropist, real estate investor, in the person of Chief Dr. Ndubuisi Charles Mba.             
                                                                                                                                                   

The event, said to be tinted with class, pomp, pageantry, glitz and paparazzi , indeed, was a showcase of the movers and shakers of the society.                      

For the silent  Hero and Achiever, it was accolades and applause for his business ingenuity, innovation and astute investment acumen that never seem to end .                                                                                                                                     Indeed, like a torrent of water cascading down a water fall, he keeps notching more feathers to his already well studded cap of honours.                                                                     

Evidently, the Latest of these torrents of honours was the Sun Newspapers Award, where Chief Dr. Ndubisi Charles MBA was singled out and honoured as the Sun Newspapers Investor Of The Year 2022.                                                           

Receiving the Award which took place on the 7th May 2022 at the Expo Convention Center, Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island Lagos, Chief  Charles MBA thanked the Management and staff of the Sun Newspapers for deeming him worthy for the award.                                                                                                         

He appreciated  his wife and family for the support he has always gotten from them and thanked  his friends and we’ll wishers who turned out in their numbers  to honour and support him .                                                                                               

As a CEO that appreciates his workforce, he dedicated the award to the teeming staff of CDV Properties who he said have worked assiduously to make this day possible.                                                                   

Other Sun Newspapers Awards recipients at occasion included Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State and Chairman,  BUA Group, Alhaji Abdulsamad Rabiu (Man of the Year), Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State,  Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State and Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State (Governor of the Year), Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State (Courage in Leadership) and Mrs. Nkechi Ikpeazu, First Lady of Abia State (Most Supportive First Lady).Chief Augustine Okoro and Benson Madubuko .

Known to be a well educated and highly exposed personality, Chief Dr. Charles Mba has years of corporate experience before starting out on his own. After his University Degree and one year mandatory National Youth Service, the highly focused Charles Ndubuisi started his working career with Emzor Pharmaceutical Company where he worked for several years, honing his marketing skills which he later developed a passion for.                                                                                                       

As a man who had always had an eye for establishing himself as a better means to contribute to the development of his immediate community and humanity at large, after years of paid employment, Ndubuisi  took the bold step to break out on his own and delved into the Real Estate scene.

His other business interest 34V Engineering Nigeria Ltd is a major player in Road Construction. In the field of Education, he has set up a School called Jasons Tender Care in Lagos, Nigeria.
No doubt a professional to the core and a man who seeks to be a positive mover of the profession he has chosen for himself, Chief Dr. Charles is a proud member of Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN).
Visible and well  acclaimed philanthropist , Chief  Dr. Ndubuisi runs a scholarship program for undergraduates aspiring to Professional courses like Engineering, Medicine, Pharmacy and Nursing.                                                                                                                                 

He  has been on the Board of so many companies as Chairman/ Director.These Companies include Coutics Investment Ltd, CILAN Workforce Ltd and JASONS Academy  to mention but a few .                                                                                   

With interest in importation, education services and Oil and gas,he has also held public positions as the Board Chairman of Enugu State owned Ikenga Hotels Ltd.
Dr. Ndubuisi Mba is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute Of Public Resources Management &  Politics, Ghana (CIPRMP).
On record,  his personal entrepreneurial achievements, works of charity and philanthropy as well as community development, has brought him honors as a recipient of so many awards before now which include:
“The Nigerian Entrepreneurs Award of Excellence; The Dignity of Man Award from the University of Nigeria Alumni Association, Lagos Branch; the Africa Prize for Leadership Excellence as The Property Development Personality of the year 2017; The Award of Outstanding Leadership Recognition & Inspirational Leadership, Excellence Award in West Africa by the Chartered Institute Of Public Resources Management & Politics, Ghana on the 10th day of March, 2020. An Icon Award for his immense contribution towards Youth Empowerment and Development , International Service Award,, Leads African Merit Awards Of Excellence from The League Of African Development Students. National Outstanding Leadership Award from National Association Of Polytechnic Students ( NAPS), A recipient Of Nigeria Silent Heroes Award,2020.                                                                                                             

Dr. Mba holds Honorary Doctorate from European American University Commonwealth Of Dominican,  is a devout Christian and happily married with children.
