Fanz Championship Season 4 Kicks Off

With a cash prize of N2 million and a Community Project worth millions of Naira at stake, 16 teams of three players and a celebrity coach will begin an engaging contest that will last for 13 weeks in Season 4 of the Fanz Championship.
Fanz Championship Africa is a quiz format gameshow for football followers and lovers showing on national TV. Handled by selected celebrity coaches, the teams each week will compete and trade tackles on football knowledge and exciting back kick goals. Questions are asked in three categories : lifestyle, business and entertainment, the team with the least goals crashes out every week.
The Fanz Championship is a novel and entertaining social service platform to reward intelligence in Nigerian youths.
According to Mr Abiodun Oshinibosi the Chief Organiser, “The project is meant to tell the world that Nigerians can do it better. It is a global show. We chose the best coaches who are equally mentors for each team. It is a unique contest organised by fans for the enjoyment,and rewarding of fans across Nigeria.”
The Fanz Championship is packaged by Abelinis Limited,it has Ultima Studios as its Technical Partner and supported by MTN Nigeria.
