Newly signed attacking midfielder Fawaz Ayomide Adeleke has reunited with his national U-15 teammate and close friend, Raheem Moyinoluwa Salaudeen, at Buruj Sports Academy. Both players previously represented the Nigeria national under-15 football team in Morocco (2024) and Algeria (2025), forming a strong understanding in midfield during international competitions.

Fawaz also featured in the 2025 School Games hosted by Burkina Faso, where he scored the decisive goal against the Benin national football team to secure victory for Nigeria — a moment that further highlighted his composure and attacking quality.

Their reunion at Buruj Sports Academy is viewed as a significant boost to the academy’s midfield strength, with both players bringing valuable national team experience, creativity, and leadership.

The partnership between the two talented midfielders is expected to play a vital role in their continued development and future national team opportunities, as Buruj continues to nurture Nigeria’s next generation of football stars.
