FC Robo Warrior Team Manager Promises Messiah FC Tough Friendly Match

Team Manager of FC Robo Warrior, Okanlawon Adepegba has warned Messiah FC to prepare for a serious battle when both clash on Thursday n a friendly match scheduled for Anglican Secondary School, Ifako-Ijaiye, Agege, Lagos.Messiah FC players in training
The match would hold 3pm at the Messiah FC home ground.
Both teams had met early this year as Messiah FC defeated their opponents 1-0 to make tomorrow’s friendly game a revenge match.
Adepegba in a chat with our correspondent said they are coming to play Messiah FC to avenge defeat suffered when both teams clash early this year.
“It is not going to be easy for Messiah because our boys are in best form of their lives presently. It is going to be a tough match for both teams but I can assure you that we are coming to Messiah FC to shock them in their home ground because anything short of victory would be a serious setback for us,” he said.
In his swift response, Messiah coach, Anthony Ushurhe said he is not bother about the comments of FC Robo Warrior Team Manager but noted that the best team would carry the day.
He said the friendly match is part of team’s preparation for Manufacturer’s Cup and Lagos FA Cup and other future high profile football competitions.
“I am aware that FC Robo Warrior are coming with high expectations to beat us. We will give them a serious fight because we are using the friendly match to assess our new players recruited recently and see how the players can play together before the competition proper,” he said.
