Twin Brothers Sent To Prison For Engaging Girl, 15, In Threesome Sex

Twin brothers, Eyinloju Taiwo and Eyinloju Kehinde, have landed in trouble for allegedly luring and engaging a 15-year old girl in threesome sex and it got exposed in Ondo State. 

 

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the duo has been arrested and charged before Akure Magistrate Court for statutory rape.

 

The incident happened on 12th March, 2026, between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., at Abisi Street, Ikamu Quarters, Oka Akoko, Ondo State.

 

However, the defendants were arrested  by the Ondo State Amotekun Corps and charged before the Court on four-count charge under the criminal law which attracts several years of imprisonment.

 

The prosecuting counsel, O.F. Baba, informed the court that the alleged offences were committed after the defendants had unlawful carnal knowledge of the girl without her consent.

 

Mr. Baba further told the court that the defendants also allegedly abducted one Juliet Oke to aid the commission of the alleged rape and the alleged offences contravened Sections 357, 516 and 558 of the Criminal Code, Cap 37, Volume 1, Laws of Ondo State of Nigeria, 2006, as well as Section 2(iii), and punishable under Section 3(ii)(b) of the Ondo State Anti-Kidnapping and Anti-Abduction Law, 2010.

He told the Court that a remand application, backed by an affidavit, had been filed, urging the court to remand the defendants in a correctional facility pending further proceedings.

 

However, Counsel to the defendants, D.S. Omnidougha, prayed the court for permission to file a counter-affidavit to enable the Court to grant the defendants bail.

 

The presiding Magistrate, Damilola Sekoni, adjourned the case to 22nd April, 2026, for the hearing of the remand application while the defendants were remanded in custody pending the hearing of the application.
