FIBA 3×3 Announces All-star Line-up Of World Tour 2025 Hosts With Final In Austria

The 14th edition of the FIBA 3×3 World Tour will see the world’s best players face off in the heart of 15 cities across three continents, taking the world’s fastest growing urban sport to millions of new fans worldwide.

For the fourth consecutive year, the 2025 season will get underway in style in Utsunomiya, Japan, on April 26 and 27. Following a landmark 2024 season and years of successful collaboration, the World Tour returns to familiar cities, including Hong Kong, Amsterdam, and Abu Dhabi.

For the first time ever, downtown Vienna, Austria, which has previously hosted the FIBA 3×3 World Cup and Europe Cup, will experience the urban festival atmosphere of the FIBA 3×3 World Tour 2025.

“We are incredibly excited to unveil this line-up of cities that make up our 2025 FIBA 3×3 World Tour schedule,” said FIBA 3×3 Managing Director Alex Sanchez. “Thanks to our long-standing relationships, we know that we can count on these world-class cities to showcase the fast pace of 3×3 basketball in downtown locations and bring a sports festival atmosphere to all our fans. We look forward to building on the landmark year of 2024 and cementing our position as the world’s fastest growing urban sport.”

The FIBA 3×3 World Tour Final will be held in Manama, Bahrain, on November 21-22. Building on its experience hosting two World Tour Masters in 2023 and 2024, the city will now serve as the stage for the thrilling season finale.

Following a record-breaking year of digital engagement in 2024, 3×3 basketball’s growing global fanbase can expect another exciting World Tour season featuring outstanding entertainment on and off the court in the following locations:

Amsterdam: May 17-18
Marseille: May 23-24
Vienna: June 13-15
Ulaanbaatar: June 20-21
Hong Kong: July 19-20
Edmonton: August 2-3
Lausanne: August 15-16
Debrecen: August 29-31
Shanghai: September 27-28
Macau: October 18-19
Abu Dhabi: October 25-26
Shenzhen: October (exact dates to be confirmed at a later stage)
