For History, For Fact, For Conscience: The APGA Peter Obi Killed

There was an APGA vision that was dead for 7 years and 6 months under Peter Obi, and it led to the general pauperization of the Party and, by extension, the entire State. Anyone who voiced any form of discontent with the prevailing situation was marked for destruction.

As a matter of fact, the then National Chairman of APGA, Senator Victor Umeh, lost his seat to a Peter Obi-sponsored palace coup that lasted many years until the courts decided otherwise.

I retell this story not because it means much now, because even Victor Umeh has willfully “forgotten” this horrendous incident; he now goes about deceiving himself and others like him that, somehow, a leopard has lost its spots. Peter would always cite “court case” as an excuse for non-conduct of local government elections. Yet, the same man defied a valid court order asking him to pay workers of Water Corporation and ANSEPA over 42 months of salaries.

Yesterday, the Soludo-led APGA State government swore in 21 LG Mayors. And true to the argument of Victor Umeh that led him to Peter Obi’s gallows, Party members at the grassroots are now given the opportunity to lead and provide democratic dividends to Ndi Anambra. This argument is for history, for fact, and for conscience. Peter Obi NEVER grows anything in the public interest. He is a shrewd trader lacking in both vision and capacity for BIG IDEAS!
