Globacom has partnered with leading device manufacturer Samsung to unveil the new Galaxy S26 series, giving its subscribers early access to the highly anticipated smartphone.

At the event held on Thursday, both companies announced an exclusive pre-order window for Glo subscribers. Customers who purchase the Samsung Galaxy S26 at any Gloworld outlet nationwide will receive 18GB of free data under the Glo Smartphone Festival Data Plan, delivered as 3GB monthly for six months.

Each device also comes with a Platinum Number eSIM and up to 10GB extra data every month.

Built for speed, performance and style, the Galaxy S26 combines a refined design with an immersive display.

It features advanced camera capabilities, long lasting battery life, enhanced privacy protection and new AI powered tools designed to make everyday use smarter and easier.

The unveiling of the Galaxy S26 series by Samsung and Globacom took place yesterday at Globacom’s headquarters in Victoria Island, Lagos. This drew high value customers, industry stakeholders and members of the media for the official launch.

Speaking at the event, Samsung’s Product Manager, Sellout Platinum, Mr. Solomon Osibeluwo, said Globacom is the first partner to host the masterclass session for the S26 series.

He added that the strong relationship between both brands made the collaboration possible and reaffirmed Samsung’s commitment to the partnership.

Head of Gloworld, Mohamed Rabie, said the partnership is centred on delivering real value to customers.

“At Globacom, we believe that premium technology should come with premium value and that is exactly what we are offering. The S26 device was launched just last night by Samsung Nigeria, and we are proud to note that Globacom is the first partner to offer both masterclass and the pre-order benefit service to customers,” Rabie said.

He also encouraged Nigerians to visit Gloworld outlets nationwide to experience the Galaxy S26 and secure their devices, describing the launch as an opportunity powered by innovation and collaboration.
