Total telecommunication and digital solutions provider, Globacom, has congratulated Nigerians on the country’s 64th Independence anniversary.

The company in a statement to mark the event commended Nigerians for their passion, patriotism, industry, resilience and enterprising spirit over the years which have kept the country going despite challenges. It urged the citizens not to lose sight of the fact that every effort counts in building a just and equitable nation.

Globacom lauded Nigerians who have continually brought honour and fame to the country in various fields of endeavour, and urged all to imbibe the spirit of excellence, commitment, hard work and vigilance in order to make the country fly higher.

The company observed that, “our people remain the country’s greatest assets. There is no area of human endeavour that you will not find an outstanding Nigerian making waves globally.”

Globacom encouraged young people, who make up the bulk of the population, to shun vice and behaviour that could affect the image of Nigeria negatively.

It reaffirmed its resolve to always empower its subscribers and support Nigeria’s march to development through continuous provision of world class telecommunication products and services at the most affordable rates.
