Grammy Nominated Producer, Dr. Chaii Drops Video For New Song “Casanova”

Fans and music buff alike are buzzing over the release of the music video of Grammy nominated producer cum musician, Pip Kembo aka Dr Chaii’s fresh new single, “Casanova” which premiered on Trace Africa and clocking over a 100,000 views on YouTube within 24 hours of release.

The fresh new offering is expected to add to the rich repertoire of the Zimbabwe-born music connoisseur who started making beats at the age of 13 when a good friend introduced him to the program FL Studio, where he honed his latent musical skills.

The official new video for the track “CASANOVA” which was shot in London features Dr. Chaii expressing his love and feelings for a pretty video vixen who seems to have stolen his heart forcing him to regal her with soothing lyrics backed with a melodious voice.

Dr. Chaii has been in the habit of making global impact with its infectious rhythms, and colorful sounds as his last track “Bongo” was premiered by Ebro on Beats 1 Radio and also received spins on Capital XTRA, Real 92.3 and 103.5 The Beat.

Beyond his own artist project, Dr. Chaii has also produced and written for some of the world’s biggest artists. His credits include: Jason Derulo’s single “Tip Toe” feat. French Montana which hit #5 on the UK charts, “Questions” by Chris Brown, “Hey Ma” by J Balvin, Camila Cabello, and Pitbull from the Fast & Furious 8 Soundtrack which was also nominated for a Latin Grammy this past year. 

Others are; “No Lie” by Sean Paul & Dua Lipa, “Por Favor” by Pitbull & Fifth Harmony, and “Familia” by Anuel AA, Nicki Minaj & Bantu from the Spiderman into the Spiderverse Soundtrack.

The musician, who completed his undergraduate degree at Lancaster University and went on to obtain a masters degree in Advanced Marketing Management in the same ivory tower, also continues to impact globally with the song “Jackie Chan” which features on the new FIFA 19 soundtrack.
