High Chief Nwokedi Receives Multiple Awards For Philanthropy

When High Chief Chika C. Nwokedi was born in the month of August some years ago, probably his parents did not know that God has given them a child that wipe away the tears of the less privileged people in the society.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Chief Nwokedi, who holds the title of Okpoko 1 of Obodoukwu in Imo State, has brought smiles not only to the less privileged people in his community but across the States in Nigeria.

Nwokedi’s milk of human kindness and passion for the down trodden have caught the eyes of many individuals, organisations and institutions as he had been recognized and given several honours for his philanthropic and humanitarian gestures in the society.

This year alone, Nwokedi has received five prestigious awards from different people and organisations for what he did both in the area of security and providing shelter and succour for the people.

A media outfit based in Lagos described High Chief Nwokedi as: “A noble man, whose rising status, have astonished many people and his social relevance revolves around his philanthropic and humanitarian services which had impacted countless Nigerians in need. These generous acts of his, have also continued to push him to the sunny side of life; to the envy and amazement of many”.

Chief Nwokedi has taken a stand with justice and vowed to, as much possible, spend his resources to fight for the good of humanity, as a special service to God almighty.
No wonder the enigmatic President-General of Ndigbo  Buru Otu Association, Nwokedi champions the social and economic emancipation of Ndigbo and non Igbo, as he had through various leadership qualities offered new phases of life to uncountable privileged and less privileged, taking away their social pressures and difficulties.

The Nigeria Police will never forget Nwokedi in a hurry because he is always ready to support and assist them in their work of providing security to protect lives and property of the people.

Some of the awards received by Nwokedi included, Service to Humanity, Selfless Service, Role Model Performance and Example Leadership, Leadership Values and Principle and Special Achievement Awards conferred on him by different organisations.
