Hon. Juventus Okoli Celebrates Chief Primus Odili On His Birthday

One of the media aides of Gov Willie Obiano, Hon. Juventus Chimereze Chukwunweike Okoli, has eulogised and celebrated Chief Primus Odili, the Chief of Staff to the Anambra State Governor, on the occasion of his birthday celebration.
