Hon. Segun Odunmbaku Celebrates Election Victory With Thanksgiving Service At Christ Ambassadors Celestial Church

The Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Hon. Segun Odunmbaku, on Sunday, July 13, 2025, attended a special Thanksgiving Service at Christ Ambassadors, Celestial Church of Christ City of God Cathedral, led by renowned cleric and political leader, Cardinal James Omolaja Odunmbaku, in celebration of his resounding re-election victory in the just-concluded local government polls.

Cardinal Odunmbaku, who presided over the Thanksgiving ceremony, expressed heartfelt gratitude to God for the success of the election, acknowledging divine favour in securing victory for the APC candidates across Lagos State.

Joined by his elegant wife and family members, Hon. Segun Odunmbaku was seen dancing joyfully and giving thanks to God for what he described as a “divinely ordained” triumph at the polls.

Speaking at the event, the Chairman noted that the landslide victory was a testament to God’s faithfulness and the unwavering support of the people of Ojodu.

Also present at the Thanksgiving were other notable political figures, including the winner of the Agboyi-Ketu LCDA Chairmanship election, Hon. Tola Abubakar; the Secretary to the Local Government (SLG) of Ojodu LCDA, Hon. Olaide John Bello, Supervisor for Works, Hon. Bode Olaniyan and Hon Lekan Peters.
