P.M.EXPRESS reports that the defendants, who reside in the Lalupon area of Ibadan, Oyo State, were charged for conspiracy and murder before an Iyaganku Chief Magistrates’ Court sitting in Ibadan.

The Prosecutor, Inspector Sikiru Opaleye, told the Court that the defendants, Adesola and Samsudeen, allegedly conspired to commit the act of murder.

Inspector Opaleye said that the duo between 20th January 2022 and 10th February, 2022, were alleged to have unlawfully accelerated the death of one Bidemi Akinsoji, a female, by having forceful carnal knowledge of her.
