“We are Solicitors to one Apostle Justice Enujuba (Our Client) of Ajose Street, Amukoko Roundabout. The case of our client was that sometimes on the 28th February, 2025 he and his wife had a quarrel with lya Waslat, which was later settled amicably.”
“However, on the 4th day of March, 2025, one lya Ishola, Bisi and lya Waslat illegally called and used the Military officers from OP MESA to violently attack him and members of his family. They violently beat him, his wife and his children mercilessly even with house whip and knives. They later kidnapped his wife, children and took them to an unknown destination. They were later discovered at under bridge at ljora Agbo Malu, where they were tied with rope under the bridge with serious bruises and injuries sustained from the serious assault and physical beating which they received from the military people.”
“The officers later came back in the evening around 8:00pm on the same day and repeated the same assault, torture, battery and physical beating, they received from the military person on our client and members of his family. They even threatened to kill all of them the next time they will come and to drive home their point, they inflicted a serious machete injury on one our client’s daughter.”
“This threat has practically made our client and members of his family to live in serious and perpetual fear that they have the notion that the military people must come back to actualize their threat.”
The legal practitioners called on the AIG to quickly intervene and save the lives of Eze Justice Enujuba and members of his family.
