How Deeper Life Church Pastor Defiled Friend’s 10-year Old Daughter

Facts have emerged on how a 49-year old serving Pastor with the Deeper Life Bible Church, Jonah Agbenor, allegedly repeatedly raped his friend’s 10-year old daughter and instilled fear in her that she will die if she reveals it.

The victim therefore, became his sex slave because she was afraid to reveal her traumatic experience in order not to die until the act got exposed.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Ekrokpe Community in Ughelli South Local Government Area of the Delta State.
This was disclosed by a Human Rights activist, Israel Joe, who confirmed that the suspect is currently being detained at Otu-Jeremi Police Station undergoing interrogation over the dastardly act.
He said that Pastor Agbenor allegedly defiled the girl repeatedly and when the information leaked the Police trailed and he was finally arrested.

“The incident, which took place at Ekrokpe Community, Ughelli South Local Government Area has left the area in absolute shock as a  Pastor and a very close friend to the father of the little girl.” “More than 15 Pastors had been prevailing on us to put the issue aside and allow God be the judge but I asked if he realised God would judge when he was everyday sexually abusing the little girl with threats that if she spoke out she would die.” Joe stated
He said that the DPO, Otu-Jeremi has not compromised on the investigations but expressed worry with his plea for peace including other Pastors, who want the matter to be swept under the carpet.

He explained that it was a criminal offence and should be transferred to Police State Headquarters for further investigations and prosecution.
When contacted, Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Edafe Bright, confirmed the incident but added that whether the suspect is a Pastor is not known to the Police.
