How Lady Used Girl, 17, To Trap Man For S*x & Hack Into Phone

A man, Kelechi Eya, had a nasty experience in Lagos State after a 26-year old lady, Abel Blessing, allegedly trapped him with a 17-year old girl, Chantel Blessing, for sex in a hotel, hacked into his phone and collected all his information including that of his family.

 

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at New Planet Hotel, Ajangbadi area of Lagos where the hotel is located.

 

The two female suspects, Chantel and Blessing, have been arrested and charged for their alleged conduct on 24th August, 2024.

 

According to the Police, the suspects conspired and pretended to have wanted to download music from his phone. And in the process, they hacked into his phone and obtained every communication and information about him.

 

However, the victim later discovered that his phone was hacked and it was traced to the suspects. The matter was reported to the Police at Ojo Division; the suspects were arrested and detained at the station for interrogation over their alleged conduct.

 

During the interrogation, they admitted to have done so but did not tell the Police why they needed every communication and information about the victim.

 

The Police found them culpable and charged them before the Ojo Magistrate Court for the alleged offence.

 

The charges read:

COUNT I: That you, Chantel Goodluck F and Abel Blessing, on 24th day of August, 2024 at about 62:00hrs at New Planet Hotel Ajangbadi, Ojo, in the Ojo Magisterial District, did conspire among yourselves to commit felony to wit conduct likely to canase breach of peace and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 411 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”

 

COUNT II: That you, Chantel Goodluck and Abel Blessing, on the same date, time and place, in the aforementioned Magisterial District, did unlawfully conduct yourselves in a manner likely to cause breach of peace by friendly collecting a phone from Kelechi Eya ‘m’ to play music but secretly hacked all his communication and his privacy including that of his family and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 168(D) of the Crimi nal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”

 

They pleaded not guilty.

 

The prosecutor, Supol Simeon Uche, asked the Court to give a date for hearing since they pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that they actually committed the alleged offence.

 

The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. L.K.J. Layeni, granted them bail in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum, who must show evidence of means of livelihood and tax payment while addresses will be verified by the Police.

 

The matter was adjourned till 4th October, 2024, for mention while the defendants were remanded in custody at the correctional center pending when they will perfect their bail conditions.
