How Man, 32, Lured Girl, 13, Into S*x Romp By Fondling Her Breasts 

A 32-year old man, Adigun Tajudeen, has landed in trouble in Lagos State for allegedly luring a 13-year old girl into sex romps for the past one year by fondling her breasts to confuse her.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Akinabaiye Street, Amikanle area of Meiran, Lagos, where they reside.

The Police alleged that the suspect, Tajudeen, had between 2022 and May, 2023, lured the girl into the act by fondling her breasts in order to get her confused.

The suspect was said to have always targeted the girl, fondled her breasts, get her confused and unable to resist it.

This was said to have continued until the girl exposed him and the matter was reported to the Police at Meiran Division. Tajudeen was then arrested and transferred to the Gender Section of the Police Command for interrogation over his alleged conduct.

After rounds of interrogation, the Police found him culpable and subsequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for unlawfully having carnal knowledge of the girl and alleged offence attracts several years of imprisonment.

However, when he was arraigned, the Court did not take his plea following a motion moved by the prosecutor, Lucky Ihiehie, asking the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O.A. Layinka, ordered his remand in custody at the Correctional Centre at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP.

The matter was adjourned for mention pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
