How Man Fondled Breasts, Lured Girl, 15, Into S*x

A 22-year old young man, Damilola Muyideen, has landed in trouble in Lagos after he reportedly fondled the breasts of a 15-year old girl, she became confused and he lured her into sex.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Ifelodun Street, Bariga area of Lagos, where they reside.

Police operatives from SCIID, Panti, Yaba, Lagos has arrested and charged the suspect, Muyideen, before the Court.

It was gathered that the young man, Muyideen, allegedly lured the girl into an apartment, fondled her breasts, the girl became confused and he penetrated her without resistance.

However, after the act, the girl realised herself and raised alarm that Muyideen had raped her because he did it without her consent.

The matter was reported to the Police and he was arrested. He was subsequently charged before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.
The Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Barrister J.I. Eboseremen, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.

Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mr. P.E. Nwaka, ordered his remand in custody and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to the DPP for advice.
He was remanded in custody pending the outcome of the DPP’s report which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not for trial.

The matter was adjourned till 26th September, 2020, for the outcome of DPP’s advice.
