A 56-year old man, Adesina Lawal, who was arrested for forcing his dick into the mouth of an 11-year old girl and recording the action with the phone, has reportedly confessed that he enjoys sex more if a woman sucks his dick during the action.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the suspect, Lawal, made the statement at the Gender Section of the Lagos State Police Command after he was arrested for engaging the victim in the act as well as having carnal knowledge of her and recording the actions.
The incident happened at Ivoro Asha off Clem Road,  Ijaiye, Ojokoro area of Lagos, where they reside.
According to the Police, the suspect allegedly lured the victim into his apartment, removed his clothes and ordered the minor to remove her own as well and they were naked. He then forced his dick into her mouth and ordered her to suck him in order to satisfy his sexual desire. And while she did so,  he used his phone to record the dastardly act and then allowed her to go having satisfied himself.
The matter got exposed after the victim’s uncle saw her with an Android phone and asked to know how she got the phone but she was unable to give satisfactory answer.
The uncle switched on the phone and saw the recorded video of the victim sucking the suspect’s dick and thereafter having sex.
The matter was reported to the Police at Ojokoro Division and the suspect was arrested. He was later transferred to the Gender Section of the State Command for investigation over the alleged conduct.
During interrogation, he admitted to have slept with the victim as well as asking her to suck his dick because he enjoys it more when he is sucked during sexual activities. However, he claimed that he did not force her into it because it was with her consent.
The Police found him culpable because of the victim’s age and consequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged statutory rape by penetration under the Criminal code of Lagos State.
When he was arraigned, the Court did not take his plea and ordered his remand in custody pending the outcome of the DPP’s legal advice following a motion by the prosecutor, Inspector Lucky Ihiehie, before the Court.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O.A. Layinka, directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for legal advice, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
The matter was adjourned  till 30th April, 2024, for mention for the report of the DPP’s advice to be ready.
