A 21-year old man, David Bayo, has landed in trouble after he was caught inside a married woman’s apartment in the night.

He was arrested and labelled a suspected criminal by the police in Okota area of Lagos State, Nigeria.
He was charged before Isolo Magistrates’ court where he was remanded in prison custody.
However,  the young man denied he committed any criminal offence.
Bayo said he went into the room to woo the woman despite the fact that the woman was married.
Trouble started for Bayo when he went to Oforkiare street in Ago Palace Way, Okota where the victim, Mrs Ihesie Nkem, resides.
When Nkem saw Bayo inside her apartment around 10.00 pm that night, she raised the alarm which attracted other neighbours.

The neighbours helped her to apprehend Bayo and hand him over to the police at Ago Palace Division.
At the station, Bayo denied that he went there with the intent to commit any crime but to woo her because he knew her husband was not around.
Police sources said Bayo admitted that he knew that the woman was married because he lives in the area with them and knew much about her.
However, the police said that their investigation revealed that  he had criminal intent and charged him to court with a one count charge of attempt to commit crime by entering the dwelling house of Nkem.
He pleaded not guilty and the presiding Magistrate, Mrs A. O. Adedayo granted him bail in the sum of N50,000 with one surety in like sum.
Bayo was remanded in prison custody at Kirikiri pending when he will perfect his bail.
The matter was adjourned till 5 October, 2016.
