Idemili South Council Boss, Hon. Amaka Obi Inspects Newly Renovated School Project

Inline with Anambra State Governor, Professor Charles Soludo’s vision to improve the learning condition of the pupils and students in the state, the Transition Committee Chairman of Idemili South local government area, Hon. Mrs Amaka Obi(Iyom Ife-Abata), has embarked on renovation and reconstruction of schools in the council area.
Hon. Obi inspected the newly renovated Enu Ogwugwu Primary school, Ojoto.
Speaking during the inspection, she said, inspite of decay of educational infrastructure, the present administration met on the ground, the government of Anambra State in collaboration with Anambra State Universal Basic Education Board has transformed the education sector in the state and enhanced the quality of learning, conductive environment and productivity.
She noted that the project is to complement the effort of Anambra State Government in educational sector, which she promised that the transformation will reach to every community in the council area.
In his reaction, the Ojoto ward councillor, Hon. Chibueze Okoli (Akumesiribia), commended Hon. Amaka Obi for her kind gesture and appreciated Governor Charles Soludo for reappointing Hon. Amaka Obi, which he said her reappointment is for the progress and development of Idemili south local government area.
