IGP Elevates DCP Kehinde, Yetunde Longe To CP Rank

The duo of Mr. Kehinde Longe and Mrs. Yetunde Longe who were Deputy Commissioners of Police have been elevated to the next rank of Commissioners of Police as the police authorities announce the promotion of 17 officers.

The husband and wife were found worthy of the rank in the latest promotions by the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Usman Alkali Baba.

Kehinde Patrick Longe once served as the DCP in charge of operations in Oyo State, while his wife held forth at the State Criminal Investigations Department (SCID), Panti, in Lagos before they were given other assignments.

Also elevated alongside Longes are Gabriel Garba, Tajudeen Akinwale Abbas, Rex Dundun, Ambrose Onah, Olatoye Durosinmi, Ndu Innocent, Josephine Ayansinti, Rhoda Olotu, Godwin Aghaulor, Etim Ekot, Stanley Kanayo, Chukwu Ude, Charles Mozie, Tajudeen Bakare, Samuel Olukayode, Charles Ifeatu and Olaleye Faleye.
