Ike Cubana Charges Idemili South APGA Stakeholders & Executives To Promote Unity

Hon. Ikenna Iyiegbu (Onyechimelu’eze), widely known as Ike Cubana, has hosted both old and new executives of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) including Idemili South stakeholders in his palatial home at Oba.

Addressing them, he congratulated the new executives and urged them to rededicate themselves to promoting unity in the party.

He also enjoined the team to work with the spirit of “Onye Aghana Nwanne Ya”, and take it to a new level, noting that winning all political contests is the hallmark of the party in Anambra State.

Ike Cubana eulogized the outgoing executives for what he described as unparalleled stewardship that saw the party grow stronger, broader and more relevant.

On the issue of the congress conducted, Ike Cubana said it was conducted in line with the guiding laws of the party, stating that he was impressed with Idemili South APGA for setting the record for the most peaceful Congress in the 21 local governments.

He said the new chairman of the party in the state, Hon. Barrister Ifeatu Obi-Okoye(Igirigi) is a political juggernaut, adding that as Special Adviser to Chief Willie Obiano, he performed well.

The Transition Committee Chairman of Idemili South Local Government Area, Hon.(Mrs) Amaka Obi (Iyom Idemili) also maintained that APGA have come to stay in Idemili South and Anambra State, noting that it is the only hope of common man in Nigeria. She further advised both the old and new executives to work together, with love and truthfulness for the betterment of Idemili and Anambra State.

Also speaking was the new APGA Local Government chairman, Hon. Kizito Nwakaibie, who lauded Ike Cubana for hosting the party stakeholders and executives, promising that they will work together to take APGA Idemili South chapter to greater height.

While Idemili South APGA Women leader, Princess Nkeiru affirmed that they will work together to achieve a common goal.

In appreciation, Idemili South APGA Youth Leader, Hon. Augustine Ejebendu applauded Onyechimelu’eze, describing him as kind hearted man, affirming that the new executives will work with unity of purpose.

Dignitaries at the meeting were Hon. Chijioke Agbanyim, TC Chairman of Idemili South, Idemili South Stakeholders, local government, ward executives and many others.
