In Vain Will Peter Obi And His Vile Laborers’ Labour.

Posted on October 27, 2022

Peter Obi is gradually running out of steam and direction. He had thought the Presidential election was akin to grocery importation and the stock exchange where he swindles many.

I am only worried for the poor young people and other emotionally laden south-easterners he hoodwinked into his jaundiced ambition.

Clearly, lies and deceit can no longer get him anywhere, as Nigerians have grown accustomed to his many trademarks, which include incorrect data quotations, ill-motivated speeches, and false statistics. Obi has now resorted to showboating.

Six (6) months after losing the PDP Primaries and joining Labour to run for President in the mushroom party, Peter Obi still lacks a working policy document and detailed ideas to solve Nigeria’s challenges.

He had no idea what to offer Nigeria and Nigerians in terms of policies, other than his fabricated data and incorrect statistics, which he reels at every media event; he was hoping to become President by identifying with the #EndSARS protesters.

Since INEC lifted the ban on public campaigns, Peter Obi and his Labour Party are yet to set-up a valid Campaign Council. To find an excuse, he quickly called for all presidential candidates to suspend their campaigns and visit flood victims. Is Peter Obi a candidate in the coming 2023 elections to call for campaigns to be suspended? Perhaps, an Avenue to continue his grandstanding.

Atiku Abubakar did not need to call for the campaigns to be suspended to show concern and support for flood victims. Atiku Abubakar has visited various states that were affected by the violent flood and made donations, yet Peter Obi has only resorted to showboating and mockery of flood victims and flagrant violations of water transportation rules.

2023 is a pivotal election year in Nigeria, and characters like Peter Obi must be thoroughly evaluated. The South-East must be very deliberate in their voting patterns in February and not allow emotions to prevent the region from being reconnected to the National Grid. No part of Nigeria will vote for Peter Obi, and the South East must avoid making blunders now that it is clear that Peter Obi will not be a contender and rather seek National alliance.
