It’s 100% Or Nothing

Posted on July 23, 2026

There’s a reason you — yes, you reading this — would jump higher than your normal if you woke up tomorrow and heard that a Soludo, or a Wike, is now on the side of “Yes Daddy” and “Eddy Kwansa”.

These men go all in. All out.

For them it is 100% or nothing. They don’t pander. They don’t chase the approval of everyone. And they sure don’t chicken out when crisis hits. They are the crisis. They are the war.

Politics, like friendship, is a 100% affair. A 99% reliability rate is a liability. It will burn you.

I know some of you are still defending your faves since yesterday. Either you’re new to politics, or you’re in denial of how this game works. The first shot was fired yesterday. And the graveyard silence that followed told on many of you.

I read one of you trying to split hairs between “Praise” and “Endorsement.” Please na!

I also read a so-called Media Aide saying people sharing his Principal’s video were “casting him in bad light.” I laughed. In that Aide I saw a man desperate to eat from two opposing tables.

My advice to him is simple: debunk your Boss, or resign.

As we move to ground zero, understand this: political communion is only for allies bold enough to declare where they stand. It is never open-ended.

So brace up. Your favorites will surprise you.

It is what it is.
